My parents gave me a horrific haircut and I wanted to fix it. I had clearly not thought the process through though and cut ABOVE my fingers. Chunk of bangs too short. They tried to even it up but looked like I had a cowlick until it grew out.

Her decision to cut her own hair was probably one of the best she will ever make, but for reasons that she would not have been aware of at the time. She is going to get so many laughs from this video over the course of her lifetime. Even her grandkids may one day be laughing at it.

She's precious & did great! I was obsessed w/cutting & styling hair whenever someone would let me as a kid. I lost nearly 90% of my hair at 15 & dropped my passion due to my hair never fully recovering. However my 4 girls w/waist length hair let me play w/& style theirs! It's fun
