What’s a show that WONT bore me Help pls

Fringe

What’s it about?? Never heard

Its about LOVE across dimension's

Yellowstone, Landman, 1883, 1923, Breakin Bad, Sons of Anarchy, and all these below. I would watch Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones first

I mad at stranger things, terrible ending

@CarlSims6969 You have to watch Ozark if you haven’t yet. It’s a bit like Breaking Bad in ways. I think you would love it.

@askaya I forgot about Oazark. I saw it. Great show

HBO’s John Adams

Ohhh what’s it about???

Founding Father John Adam’s and his life during the early days of the Revolutionary War up to the point of his final days on Earth. A patriot must watch.

😤I will! I will write it down

Queen

HBO’s The Wire

Ohh sounds like it’s about tech or something?

the show gained a cult following and is now widely considered one of the greatest television series of all time

The Expanse. One of the best SciFi shows ever. I always tell people to watch the first 5-6 episodes all the way through, as it's very world building. But once it gets going, it is an insane ride for 6 seasons!

Okay, so slow build but worth it…I’ll write it down!!!

You won't regret it!

The Midterm Election Spectacle

LMAO 🤣

Stargate! Three shows, 17 total seasons (full 20+ episode seasons, not the anemic little six episodes every show is limited to these days) and three movies. You can't go wrong!

I love sci-fi!!!!

Altered Carbon, but only season 1

How many seasons are there?

There are two. I was warned not to watch two because it will ruin the series for me. Guess Netflix did its thing to capture a broader audience and you know how things go when they do that.

Rescue Me. It's about firefighters in NYC after 9/11. Awsome show.

🥹I will write this down!

A new one is Rise of Merlin on Amazon. A older show that always works is Band of Brothers

What’s that about??? 👀

Its about Merlin before King Arthur and all the cool stuff he did. Its a retelling. Each episode is about an hour long. No political propaganda from today. Just telling a story

DARK on Netflix was really good.

Sounds like horror? Or mystery?

Yes and it’s so good.

Perfect for Halloween

Vikings

Ope, you’re the second person to mention this

It was insane. I had the theme song as my ringtone for a while

Walking Dead

I haven’t seen it it. I know it’s a big show, are all the seasons good?

It got worse in some ways later in the show and some very questionable character deaths. It's very long and there's also many spin offs to help the story after the show as well. If you have a lot of time to spare it's a great one and the acting is phenomenal.

Have you seen Ozark yet?

No 👀

Its a great show. Jason Bateman is great in it and it kept me interested the whole time

Also Vikings is a damn good series😉

The colony. Its about an authoritarian government forms because aliens invade earth and order our governments what to do.

I like this, writing it down

Go find "Distraction" with Jimmy Carr from the early 2000's.

Sounds mysterious

It is bad humor + gameshow before the whole PC movement. you can find clips of some of the episodes on youtube.

What kind of shows do you like?

All kinds! If it’s good, I’ll enjoy it

If you haven’t seen it, Farscape is an excellent series full of of Pyrrhic victories, nail-biting scrapes, and good, solid fun.

Ngl there is not many good stuff around lately....waiting for lupin season 4 😋

What’s lupin about?

About a master thief who has a lot of tricks upon his sleeve to outsmart everyone....its really good

Slow Horses.

The Boys 👀

The odyssey?

Chernobyl

Tires. It’s on Netflix. Hilarious.

I love comedy!!! I will write it down

If you’re into high stakes survival shows Alice in Borderland. It is based off of a manga though so a lot of the characters have plot amour. Example getting shot in the head and surviving but there’s a lot of good cliff hangers and it had me on the edge of my seat the entire time 😻

I’ve heard of this one!!! Writing it down 👀

Band of Brothers

Пандора открыта) Altered Carbon Mr. Robot Westworld Snowfall StartUP Three Body Problem Breaking Bad Devs Black Mirror (last season) The Peripheral Mobland Gentlemen The day of the Jackal Pluribus Colony Sense8 Tulsa King Common Side Effects

Out of all of these, which ones were your like top 5?

Watch trailers of each 🙏 few minutes of your precious time

What interests you

Really anything!!

Chernobyl, Battlestar Galactica 2003 version, Silo, Black Mirror

Stargate

Flash on Netflix!

Europa: The Last Battle

Burn notice -ashy slashy ;) Dark - german time travel that isnt dumb always sunny in philadelphia - start at S2E1

Dark. German subtitle but if you can handle reading it’s an amazing sci-fi murder mystery with an underlying love story. Beware, it is DARK, and it requires a lot of thinking to follow and figure everything out but it’s one of the best shows ever created. You can binge 3 seasons

Alchemy of souls. Without fuckin question Ill be rewatching that shit for decades It’s also a genre I never would have watched normally Really took me by surprise

Apothecary Diaries

This sounds good!! What’s it on?

Crunchyroll
