Negative gearing has never worked like it was suppose to since it was created in the early 20th century. John Howard commoditised land even though he was warned of the housing crisis and bubble it would create when he tweaked it. It needs to be scrapped but you won’t because it means you would lose a decade of elections because you levelled the playing field again and fixed the underlying problems and people will lose the government subsidised investment value.

What are you hiding? Cuts cuts to pay for your policies and nuclear. Forcing states to do it. Ignoring climate changes. Promising tax changes when debt is paid? Well that's going be years off if at all.
