So the woman pouring the powder on the other lady's head is the madam. The lady kneeling down is an apprentice who is done with her apprenticeship. The madam is blessing the apprentice for all her hardwork. Apparently the madam was going through a tough time and had issues with her husband. And one day the madam collapsed in the bathroom. The apprentice came and found her on the floor and rushed her to the hospital. So the madam is blessing her and showing her appreciation for all she did. The madam is saying that the lady will not suffer and will prosper. That's basically it.

Summary of the event that happened: Apparently the madam is pained the lady is graduating coz she sees her more than an apprentice, she sees her like her kid sis or even a daughter. The moment she started crying is when she remembered how she almost died after collapsing in her bath house but for the timely intervention of this same apprentice who continuously poured on to her water until she became contagious. She blessed her with all her might, from Gods blessing to happy marriage to better career. In all the apprentice turned to be the best friend of her madam. It rare to have such apprentices these days as most don’t respect, won’t even complete the learning process, for her to have made her madam shed tears in that manner for graduating then she is indeed blessed.✍🏽🤝🏽
