It's a family affair with mom on the left, baby in the middle and dad on the right.
A cat licking another can be signalling dominance over the cat being licked, which apparently the cat to the right in the clip doesn't approve of, being the dominant cat of the trio. Or it's a mama cat being protective of her offspring, hard to say without know the dynamics of the relationship of the three cats.
I wonder if it's their baby and only the mom thinks she should be allowed to take care of the child. Like Dad tried to take care of the baby and mom was like what do you think you're doing
