The Adamawa government has a low IQ because getting water is the cheapest project a state government can do in Nigeria because Nigerians have natural life support.

Some people here are already shouting Climate Change in deep naivety. This is a sign of a failed government. What do I mean? “Misfit”, in the case of the drying up ‘water body’. The problem here, among other things, is blockages of water channels with different kinds of nonsense, such as Refuge dumps, building on water channels (valleys), landslide near the water source, etc. An active government even at local level should have traced the source of this problem and correct it.
