What’s going on with GTB again ? I thought it was just zenith🙆🏽‍♂️

Na security man wey no sabi anything about the bank daily transactions go face all the heat for door

This is one of the reasons why you need to have like 5 different bank accounts in Nigeria

From the look of things, they used the same banking core module called Finnacle as Zenith Bank which is widely used in Nigerian banks. So Zenith and May Firstbank did their upgrade first without enough precaution of informing customers and things went the other way, on the other side GTBank used small sense in given headups. Many banks will likely be running the same upgrades in a few weeks or months so we should expect more of these hiccups with many more banks as they upgrade

Broo im tired , GTB na main bank and my Allawe Dey enter for Zenith… I never even receive last month payment I just Dey stranded right now . I want craze

They said they will do a three days maintenance which was supposed to end yesterday, so yesterday they sent an email that everything was successful and yet up till now we don’t have access to our money

They sent email since last week so I don’t know why people are acting like they are not aware

They have one of the worst customer service relation.. And if you knw ao many times they have let me down en.. Thank God for opay and Palmpay sha
