This is not wholy true. First, law and nursing are the only courses that pay up to N1.5m fees in RUN? Secondly, the school generously allows payment in 4 installments. That said, why would a parent burden themselves to send their ward when they can't afford the fees?

As a pioneering student of Bowen University, I can categorically tell you we had less than 98% Baptist family kids at the time. The same people that contributed to erect the schools can’t afford to send their kids there. Agape Love is scarce this days..
