Nuke it from orbit.

Only use it for definitive offsides(not ones similar to city/United game) and correcting corner/goal kicks. Everything else is just using the VAR Refs perspective vs the on field refs perspective. Which in that case just let the on field ref make decisions and live with it

Get ex pro's in and get rid of Michael Oliver and his clowns.

Need a 5 foreign ref / ex pros panel to not discuss the decision amongst themselves and vote agree or disagree with the on field decision remotely. Give them 60 seconds to watch, make a decision and vote. Watch replays only in real time, but with multiple angles.

Execute anyone making an incorrect decision

Scrap it completely, waste of fucking time, bloody useless, not only killing the game also making more corrupt
