What’s really happening with the vote count in L.A. County? Why does it take so long? Should we reform the rules? Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk runs the vote count. Here’s what he just told me on The Story Is:

BRILLIANT QUESTION: Asking the guy who has been a walking controversy going back to his prior job and over many years in LA, "do you have any evidence of cheating?" Dean still doesn't screen his list of volunteers, which has included at least one registered sex offender who had access to voter rolls, equipment and elementary school campuses.

Newsom already "reformed the rules during his dictatorship, and I have to say, he managed to finagle* CA into a very tightly closed box, run entirely by and for Democrats! *Finagle means to obtain or achieve something by using indirect, complicated, or sometimes deceitful methods. It often implies using tricks or cleverness to get what you want.

What about the homeless people being registered to vote? They dont have a physical address. How do you verify they’re the one voting?

He didn’t say he was going to cheat. His plan was to publicly endorse a candidate along with other top leaders. That’s not illegal and not cheating. How is that different than Trump endorsing Paxton? Exactly and he is so confidant he doesn’t even hide it. I was a poll watcher. 90% of them are liberals. It’s very unsettling too. They don’t hide it either. I realize we’re at work but come November, conservatives, farmers, ranchers etc need to take the day off and volunteer. In my district they pay you for the days. @LACountyRRCC @CNNTheStoryIs The whole postmark thing is a red herring. All of the ballots mailed on Election Day have arrived by now. There is just a huge backlog at the processing center, and they are not moving fast enough to clear it.

I have not considered that, no. Would I be allowed access and would they actually answer all my questions? Or would they put paper up over the windows like they did in Michigan, do you know? Would they just blow me off like I’ve seen done to anyone scrutinizing them? I work 6 days a week at my business. Do you think we watching people looking at Ballots is going to put to rest whether or not there is cheating going on? I don’t. The problem is, there is no way to verify legit ballots. At my house in LA County, I receive 8 ballots, 3 of which are for people who lived with us several years ago, and we own this house. How much worse is it at rental properties? My sissy just moved here from Washington state and somehow she got a ballot mailed to her. Ballots are being generated and flooding the state to people who don’t even live here anymore. How many more ballots are out there? Shoot, Elex, there is mass fraud in government programs, people in congress buy and sell stocks with inside information as a regular way of life, there is mass fraud in NGOs, fraud in the DMV giving out CDLs to People who can’t read street signs, there is mass fraud in 23 billion being blown on the homeless problem, but am I’m supposed to think that the vote-counting process has no significant fraud? C’mon Elex.

And I’m sure they’d answer honestly. Now Raman is suddenly getting 40% of the votes. Are you not curious Elex? This smells like fraud to any objective person. There’s fraud in every other part of government, so aren’t you curious about this? Elex, you could become a genuine folk hero if you either uncovered fraud or put to rest conspiracy theories. You could become one of the most respected in journalism. People can hate Nick sorter, I have some problems with him myself, but the kid at least dug up information. Votes received prior to election day are verified & counted. Fully staffed election facilities count through the night

@LACountyRRCC @CNNTheStoryIs Stop gaslighting people. We know the fraud happens up front with the legalized ballot harvesting and people who don’t intend to vote turning their ballots over to Dem NGOs to complete. Then they get dumped in the County boxes on the last day en masse. Report on that.

@LACountyRRCC @CNNTheStoryIs Just ensure that the party that counts the votes isn’t cheating. Make the process transparent. Maybe you could do an investigative piece on methods to “rig” an election and then show the steps that LA is taking to prevent an unfair outcome.
