@DevInTheLab Ticket prices. The EU has some price control measurements for sporting event tickets. I got 2nd row courtside seat at a BARÇA basketball game for 70 euro. Included a VIP package as well.

@DevInTheLab When I was in school, $10-15 could get me a ticket in the cheap seats - not a good seat by any means, but worth twice a typical meal at Carl's Jr.. Before I left school, it was $30. A few year later, $50. Now? Over $100 easily. This is what's taming the crowds.
