I can tell you that from a Public Health standpoint, the answer isn’t filming people without their consent for the purpose of not helping at all & posting it online to dehumanize them for clicks.

Mandatory drug rehabilitation because these people are a great danger to themselves. Show some compassion and have locked facilities where people can make decisions after their brain clears.
