The correct answer would be try that with the same center cut fillet, not the first 3 cuts of the head as they all have diffrent cooking times due to density. So that's not to accurate of a video. 😉 Just a chefs perspective

All stoves / pans cook diff…typically 4-6 min then flip and once you start to see blood come up through steak 🥩 take off and rest for few min …then enjoy 😎
