Keloids don’t have a cure but can be sustained and treated.

There's a Cure for it. Snake Oil would do, there's a specific snake that it's oil could cure this. A friend has something similar not as big but it dried up in weeks after applying the oil

Go and get the fat from python( it is called Ora Ere in Yoruba Language) from those Yoruba women that do sell local herbs. Buy it and be applying/rub it on those spots. Thank me later.

@Grok what causes keloids?

Keloids happen when your skin overreacts to injury, pumping out too much collagen and forming raised scars that spread beyond the wound. Triggers include acne, piercings, cuts, burns, or even bug bites. Genetics play a big role—more common in darker skin tones and folks under 30 with family history. Recent studies highlight inflammation culprits like IL-33, but the full cause is still a mystery. See a doc for advice!
