It can be explained easily. As an RN, I can rell you, the dipshit that starred the I.V. missed the vein. It infiltrated so when the drugs went in, the were pushed into the tissue not the circulatory system. Twice!! Irs why they stated she started complaining about severe burning.

She didn’t eat or drink up to the execution. She was dehydrated. Veins were collapsed. Kept drug from flowing into bloodstream. It basically built up and seeped into her flesh. But still enough to do great harm due to potency and overall strength of that drug
