“What’s the longest word you can spell?”

That's actually a phenomenon I notice myself that the brain is much more capable of impossible feats of intelligence when asleep. I absolutely suck at math.I remember one night that in my dream I could do college calculus with ease, I then woke up and verified that it was right.

That’s so cool! I taught myself “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” after I watched Mary Poppins lol & now I can write/spell it out correctly by memory. It’s funny cause I’m usually bad at remembering things cause of my adhd lol but when I remember I remember well 😂

sleeping is linked to the hippocampus (memory part of the brain) working so sleeping right after practicing is good for learning

Fun fact: recently there have been some studies that have highlighted the possibility of learning, practicing or figuring out mental problems while dreaming, this is more consistent with lucid dreamers as they are more self aware and turn the dream in a conscious act.
