Echo suggests possible HOCM: markedly dilated LA, asymmetric septal hypertrophy with SAM. Color Doppler & CW gradients urgently needed to assess dynamic LVOT obstruction/MR severity. Correlate with ECG & symptoms. If persistent obstructive gradients despite medical therapy → consider septal reduction/ablation. Hypertrphied IVS, so HCM. At risk of HOCM. there is a massive LA dilatation as well Type 1 MR should be suspected here. Doppler would be helpful. Thank you.
