It's called life, and sadly, this is what happens. Everyone dies at some point. The one thing we all have in common. It's what we do now that matters. Lost my dad 10 years ago and mom 2 years ago. I felt like u do and still do at times. Sucks ass, but ur not alone.

I know it doesn’t help much but I get it, I’ve lost my dad and my sister now and have been where you are wondering why, and it’s not easy only time helps, remember that they wouldn’t want you to feel like that, to live for them and experience things is the best thing you can do

The world sucks right now. Grief and addiction are similar in that you can only go one day at a time. The only way I’ve found to help is try to live every day in a way that honors them, in ways that they would want you to. Sending all the love!

You’re mourning. It’s understandable. I’d suggest reaching out to friends, family or pros for support. Look into reading man’s search for meaning and maybe some absurdists like Camus. I’m sorry for your loss. Try to find joy in small moments.

Everyone dies but does everyone really LIVE? Make the most of your time here. Cherish the moments you have with the ones you love, we’re all here for a different purpose and time.

Life sucks, blow harder! YOU are the pilot! Get away from your phone. Sit in silence and isolation without distractions as long as it takes. 1,2,3 days or more. Recalibrate. Your choice. Until then you will always be drowning in your abyss. Sorry for your loss. 🤜🤛

Losing both brothers is a lot to deal with and at such a young age to the same thing. No one should have to lose siblings so young. The point…it’s different for everyone. You have to find the people or activities that make you feel alive, whole. Virtual hugs oooooo

1. I felt like that from exhaustion and I have this peculiar eye malady I felt as you describe for the last 5 days and today started feeling like my regular self . IMHO sleep is the best way to recover from anything. So basic maintenance ? I forced myself as best I could.

Grief is something that you learn to carry because it never leaves you. It only grows over time/more loss. Knowing that we all have to do it helps. Talking about it helps. Praying about it helps. Acceptance really helps. Hang in there kid, you got this. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The only thing that's going to help is time...it's going to take a while to emotionally process the loss. As uncomfortable as it is, I would strongly recommend talking to someone. I didn't know your brother, But I can't imagine he would want to see you struggling like this.

Don't give up. Nothing anyone says is going to make you feel better, you can only give it time. With time you can start feeling grateful for the small stuff that goes well for you and go from there. Life gets shitty (very) but please try to find something that makes you joyful.

I think you’re dealing with a mix of mourning and some depression. Just have to take it one day at a time and let yourself process the emotions. But don’t let yourself get stuck there. Lean on those around you for support.
