John Lynch is the third best general manager in his own division. Is that a problem for the San Francisco 49ers moving forward? Lynch has done a fine job as GM, but big misses in the draft, free agency and with contract extensions are big reasons why the 49ers are where they are right now and had to eat $100 million in dead money this year. The talent gap between the 49ers and Seahawks on Saturday was jarring. #49ers
