It’s ridiculous because that logic could apply for other categories but only education and stem gets to not have a seperate draw🤦🏾‍♀️

The only way stem has been invented is either through French or CEC and its same logic as conducting a category draw . IRCC says that 50% of 6000 were from within Canada. Mostly young engineers with Canadians masters degrees or Cameroonians engineers with French proficiency
