Arrest and charge. There needs to be a 2 year military stile Boot Camp they are put through. Most of these people are under 25 and have been arrested multiple times. A judge could sentence them to the 2 year program. It could include work training in the major trades.

Allow the police to do their jobs without the restrictions that have been placed on them & for our courts to stop attacking President Trump through judicial lawfare so due process can be restored & our injustice system can be a justice system again for the people not the establishment.
