What’s up with this Daniel Penny situation? #america

It's George Floyd all over again but it's not going the way the media wants it to. If he gets convicted then nobody is going to help anyone in trouble ever again.

Penny didn't ask the ethnicity of the people on the train with him before stepping into action to save lives. Penny is a decorated US marine. The Marines are black, brown and white. They live in a microcosm of society. You need to work with everyone to get the mission accomplished in the military. He used his training and saved black, brown and white lives... To say this was anything other than a hero stepping up to neutralize a threat is ludicrous!

I am biased on this case because my husband (below) was m*rdered on 7/10 of this year by a complete stranger...a drifter, ex con, prob on drugs (however Police did not want to wake the local judge so no drug test done) at Winnemucca Amtrak depot. Wish he had help.💔🙏

Penny stayed there after the incident so he could give the detectives his statement. They let him go after the statement. More than 10 days later, they came back and arrested him. It never was about racism until the media made it so.😡

Now, no decent law abiding man will help in emergency situations for fear of being imprisoned and treated just like Daniel Penny. That is the democrats motive; they want good people dead or behind bars while gutter scum gets by with everything.

We live in an upside down society managed by demented liberals seeking their own brand of warped justice.

Hopefully Trump will pardon him if he is unjustly convicted.

They are trying to make self-defense and the defense of others illegal. I was caught in one of these cases where the person who was trying to hurt people. I put them out of this building and the police come and let him go the trespasser and arrested me. According to the law in the state of Missouri, if you have to eject a person under those circumstances, you can use whatever forces necessary up to and including lethal. All this guy got was a scratch on his head. It took a year and a half of going back-and-forth to the court every month and saying not guilty before the judge finally said it’s time to pick a jury and then the prosecutor decided to drop the case. The whole year and a half they kept trying to get me to take these silly deals and I kept responding with. I haven’t broken any laws so I want my jury trial. They would make threats. I would ignore the threats and say the same thing back to him again. So I’ll say it again, they are trying to buy precedents make self-defense in the defense of others illegal.

Amen! Especially when there is video of him breathing with 4 police officers around him!
