Dear U.S. Border Patrol, When you point your guns at protestors THEN fire the pepper pellet, that’s not someone straying into a pepper ball, that’s aiming at protestors heads and pulling the trigger. You are targeting Americans exercising their First Amendment right to peacefully protest. Next up is exercising our second amendment rights, where citizens arm themselves against a tyrannical government and its enforcers.

🚨ICE was just across the street from my house directly in front of a school that had children outside playing on the playground!!!Thanks to my neighbors who quickly took action and called me to alert me. Absolutely outrageous. For those of you who keep saying that this isn’t happening, shame on you. Our communities continue to get terrorized by ICE and we have innocent people who are being picked off our streets. I hope their kids were not across the street at the school watching this. This guy is a “God’s” Christian American. ✝️🇺🇸 A person was just shot and killed by ICE agents. At this point, I don’t know whether the shooting itself was legally justified or not. Some reports say the person tried to run over an ICE agent. If that’s true, then the use of deadly force may have been justified in that moment. But that’s not even my point. My point is that ICE’s aggressive enforcement tactics are creating more and more confrontations like this. The more often heavily armed agents confront people in chaotic situations, the greater the risk that someone, whether an officer or a civilian ends up dead. What I genuinely don’t understand is how someone can look at a human being’s death and say this is “God’s work.” Whatever your politics are, I don’t remember Jesus teaching people to kill and then celebrate death.

🚨BREAKING: In New York, an ICE agent was caught on video walking across the street and pepper spraying a woman directly in the face… for film them. In the video, a woman is standing, with several other civilians, on the opposite side of the street. They aren’t blocking traffic, or interfering with an arrest. In fact, you can’t even see an arrest taking place. They’re simply standing there, filming ICE agents from a public place. Then, the ICE agent deliberately walks across the street, approaches the woman, raises his pepper spray canister just inches from her face, and sprays her directly in the eyes. People standing around her are seen running away to avoid getting sprayed, too Only AFTER spraying her do you hear the agent say, “Back up.” And then they turn around, like they didn’t just assault U.S. citizens with a chemical weapon, and walk away. This should piss off every American. The First Amendment protects your right to record law enforcement in public. Pepper spraying someone for peacefully recording… is retaliation. The Fourth Amendment also protects people from excessive force. Under the Constitution, officers can’t use force that isn’t objectively reasonable under the circumstances. If someone is standing on the other side of the street, posing no immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… it’s difficult to justify blasting them in the face with a chemical weapon. And even ICE’s own use-of-force standards require force to be reasonable, necessary, and proportional to the threat presented. Nothing in this video suggests that standard was met. This is exactly why people should be concerned about masked federal agents operating with little transparency, or accountability… If agents can walk up to U.S. citizens and assault them with a chemical weapon for recording… that means your constitutional rights exist at the discretion of whoever is holding the pepper spray. And that’s not how a constitutional republic is supposed to work.

I admitted your allowances haven’t been paid. That is the manner in which you have addressed your locked up funds even in your press conference. I asked you if you watched the GHOne interview yourself and you said no. So what are you basing your argument on. I called offered to help and asked who at the Health ministry or Finance you had spoken to for assistance you could not provide any names. It’s obvious you’re more interested in social media clouts than actually helping your people retrieve their locked up funds. I will take it upon myself to help them because no one should work without pay. That is not the Ghana we are building. But to twist my words and call me names is unacceptable.

People say running is bad and that it makes you look old and wastes away your muscle People are dumb That only happens if you run for to long at to high of a heart rate If you run at 130-140 beats per minute with a smile on your face it’s actually some of the best therapy there is If you are running and you can’t smile and it looks like you are in agony and can’t hold a pleasant conversation you are doing it wrong and that’s what will cause you to look old and frail This is called “the sweet spot” folks and it can be used for way more than just running

After each meal, the children hear books read aloud - which is followed by a short period of independent exploration with books. Look at how attentive these little guys are. At this age, start small… even a minute or two at a time can help start a lifetime habit. And never forget that literacy learning begins long before children enter kindergarten. Want them to do well in school? Don’t wait until they get there to begin. Does/did your baby have favorite board books? I’d love to add them to my list.
