The Boxer Rebellion is probably one of my "favorite" (i dont like using that word for wars but i can't think of a better one) conflicts ONLY becauuse of it's timing and what happens just a few short years after. you USA, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Austira, France, England, Spain, and even Japan all join together o fight this off and just a few years later, these same armies, literally this same generation of enlisted men... are at eachother throats in The Great War...
