When someone smarter and more experienced than you offers help ... stfu, listen and learn

Pride and ego is in his way of reality sir.

Some people are just not self-aware and realize that they need help even when it's screaming that they need help right in their face

Another thing that I take away from this is that your pride and ego could be the reason that you don't get to where you are meant to be

He would be better off operating in a smaller space where he can do targeted group sessions. Maybe even travel and go to where clients are, set up would be simple enough. Listening comes first though. Receiving constructive feedback isn't always easy in the middle of financial stress.

I just bought a rebounder and believe in their benefits. That said, I also believe in focus groups and marketing to effectively communicate their benefits and understand client decisions.
