What are these called? i need them

If the RearBolts of the Rotor get Rusted(happens in 1 to 2yrs time), those get 'jammed'. You cant open/Turn those Bolts with a Ratchet. Guess what would you have to do to open those? What do you need to do in that case? How would you unscrew the Bolts???
