Because of the speed you were maintaining, now you’re technically tailgating. However, the Jeep suddenly slams on its breaks and you run into the back of it. So who is at fault. Who does the insurance believe is at fault. Because you had a dash cam the Jeep was found at fault but if that cam wasn’t there would it be the same outcome.

This is a textbook example of why the "ball to hand" rule exists. According to IFAB Law 12, a handball is not an offense if the ball is hit on the hand or arm directly from a teammate’s kick or header at close range. Vitinha smashed the ball into Neves from point-blank range and so, it is classified as “unpreventable contact”, the rule is superseded by proximity. Neves has zero reaction time to move his arm when the ball is coming off a teammate’s foot from two yards away. There’s also the fact that it was a defensive clearance and not an opponent's shot or a goal-bound ball, there is no "unfair advantage" gained. So, this wasn’t a pen, IMO

Alright this is starting to become a ridiculous problem. Second time in 24 hours on V14.3.7. This isn’t a native 14.3.7 problem, it has been happening to me (though rarely) since 14.2. I’m ok with nav thinking roads are closed and re-routing. 95% of the time it does this it is wrong, but that’s beside the point. It’s the fact that it does it at the very last minute when it literally already started a turning maneuver. It is so startling and tries to whip it out of a maneuver like it’s avoiding a crash. And the worst part is that the roads it’s trying to avoid are almost never actually closed. Please fix this Tesla AI
