When a handsfree call can still get you prosecuted. The call itself was handsfree, but the dialling of the number was not. To be fair, we should not even be using handsfree phone calls generally either. They are also very distracting. When driving, focus on your driving.

And yes, this is a court result with 6 penalty points. I believe the driver pleaded guilty.

Maybe focus on your cycling and not what other people are doing...

It's easy to get away with using your phone behind the wheel once. What about for a whole week? A month? I or another camera user only have to catch you just over once every three years, and you'll be disqualified. The idea that anyone anywhere could video you any time takes all the fun out of anti-social driving. The sense of paranoia really eats away at you. 150,000 video allegations made across England and Wales in the last year, most were prosecuted.

Right dickhead, so now you’re complaining about folk doing something legally cos Mikey doesn’t think it should be allowed? Fucking hell you cretin, where do you get off? Pontificating about what you think is right and wrong Just get on with your life you absolute cunt

Would you say you need to concentrate on where you are cycling rather than looking through windows of cars with potentially children in them. Taking your four eyes off the road for one second while doing this is incredibly dangerous Michael. Thankyou

the move to touchscreens in cars was such a mistake, tons of evidence showing what a regression in usability and safety it has been.

Spot on, Jimmy!

You’re an absolute scourge to society. He was stationary and using handsfree. For that one second he dialled you cause him to have points and fines, no mercy or leniency at all. You understand that no one in this world likes you and you will die alone , with not one person caring

When riding, focus on your riding.

Hands free (voice) calls are no more distracting than talking about a passenger in the vehicle. Handling of the phone (dialling etc) of course is dangerous.
