When I first became profitable, I was just trying to cover my living expenses. First a phone bill, then groceries, and eventually a mortgage payment. And then ultimately, real assets that provide cash flow. We recently renovated my childhood home, and bought a 12-Acre equestrian estate. Two projects funded by trading profits. So the next time you’re thinking about over-leveraging your account… think about the long game.
