No one said that he didnt have a right to carry a gun. You don't have the right to interfere with law enforcement operations, and if you do, you will be dealt with accordingly. If you are dealt with and you resist arrest and you have a gun on you, you run the risk of getting shot. Its common sense. Experienced gun owners know not to put themselves in these situations. Our job is to de-escalate, not make things worse. You should probably have someone like @DLoesch on your show if you want to debate these matters. You know, someone who knows what they are talking about.

@piersmorgan Piers doesn’t know jack about Kyle Rittenhouse. Kyle was defending a business from protesters trying to burn it down when law enforcement showed up and this is what he did. Also, one of the guys he shot was a pedofile.

@piersmorgan Kyle Rittenhouse wasn’t resisting arrest and his hands were far away from his weapon where authorities could see them. Solved the case for you, Scooby Doo.

@piersmorgan This isn't a 2A issue! It's a common sense issue. Your country has 0 gun rights. Again, we fought a war in 1776 to never have to hear from British people again. That still applies.

@piersmorgan Retarded argument, Piers. Everyone who carries knows, when you are confronted by law enforcement while carrying, you comply and inform LE that you are armed. Full transparency. You DO NOT resist or fight back. To do so, is to put your life and the lives of officers in danger.

@piersmorgan Hey dumb fuck, Alex has every right to carry a gun. He didn’t have a right to interfere with federal agents, commit felonies, assault agents, and resist arrest, while he had his gun.

@piersmorgan Rittenhouse and Pretti incidents have nothing to do with one another. Pretti was trying to impede federal officers. Rittenhouse was being attacked by armed rioters. Glad I could help

That's absurd. Rittenhouse didn't assault federal agents, but rather defended himself from 3 violent felons who all tried to attack him. The dead radical leftwing revolutionary in Minneapolis assaulted at least one officer on multiple views in separate videos. In that case, he'd already commited a felony punishable by 8 years, maybe even 20 years. Interesting that the people who tried to kill Rittenhouse and the dead revolutionary in Minneapolis were all jewish. Coincidence? What does history say about violent revolutionaries and their backgrounds?

@piersmorgan Rittenhouse didn’t impede law enforcement. He was being paid to protect private property and he didn’t resist arrest. This shows you know nothing about it and have no business comparing the two.

@piersmorgan STOP. FUCKING. LYING. 1st shot was ALEX’S gun! The agent discharged it when it was removed and the agents still thought he was armed and were being shot at. You won’t acknowledge this new fact because it ends the debate and you all look like morons.

@piersmorgan Kyle didn't get in a fight with law enforcement But of course a lot of "law and order" conservatives want to use Pretti's gun as justification for the shooting It was not What sane and logical gun owners point out is that it's stupid to get yourself in an altercation with LE

It’s always disingenuous arguments like this. Rhittenhouse and Pretti not the same. One engaged law-enforcement while the other one didn’t. One is dead, shot by agents while the other one isn’t. A better comparison is Pretti to Ashli Babbit. But the left doesn’t like that conclusion so they continue to use Rhittenhouse.

@piersmorgan If Alex Pretti was shooting rioting goons, Iwould support him. If Alex Pretti put his hands up when approached by Law enforcement, I would support him. But Alex Pretti was supporting rioting goons and attacking Law Enforcement. Piers, shove it up your ass you buck-toothed prick.

@piersmorgan If Kyle Rittenhouse was on the streets with the purpose of impeding law enforcement and then became embroiled in a physical conflict with law enforcement, he likely would have been shot. You can’t see the difference?

Jacqueline Fusco's profile picture
Jacqueline Fusco9 months ago

@piersmorgan The difference is that Pretti was aggressively obstructing a lawful action and Rittenhouse was passively standing by to protect property being destroyed.

Because we don’t advocate to go confront cops with your gun on and then get in a wrestling match with them. This is the kind of outcome that could happen. I get pulled over with mine I tell them I have one and ask them what they would like me to do with it with my hands on the wheel.

These idiotic comparisons 🤦‍♂️ The right to protest is not blowing rape whistles and honking your horn while driving circles around ICE officers. It’s not assaulting law enforcement. If you came to my town today and did that to local police you’d immediately be arrested and “I’m protesting” is not a logical defense

@piersmorgan When Kyle Rittenhouse was approached by the police he left the rifle by his side & put his hands in the air. This saved his life.

Simon G 🦅's profile picture

@piersmorgan The actions of the two is the issue. - Pretti committing criminal offences against ICE whilst armed - Rittenhouse when engaged by police followed instructions and surrendered This is not overly difficult, Piers and a strawman argument.

@piersmorgan You tard, the 2a has nothing to do w/ this situation You’re armchair arguing w/o any of the facts The specific gun has a tendency to go off on its own. It’s possible the gun went off in the officer’s hand and they all reacted to ‘a gun going off’ He was not there 2b peaceful

@piersmorgan You can bear arms. No one said he couldn’t. But when you are simultaneously packing a gun and then try to interrupt a police action, you’re taking your life in your own hands. The number one goal of all law-enforcement members is to go home alive.
