The awful murders at an Islamic centre in San Diego is shocking but not surprising. Hatred towards Muslims has been normalised and often goes unchallenged. We can then hardly be surprised when hateful rhetoric turns deadly. We need our allies to speak up & stand alongside us.

Why do these people just think they can do whatever they want and then act all surprised when they have to deal with the consequences? I’ve yet to see a single video where they were the actual victims. It’s always a case of FAFO. Is insane how many people act like this. These people seriously need to grow up.

This is a hard truth but she's right. A lot of the times we act a certain way expecting people to react how we want them to but then we get disappointed when they don't. It's important to be true to ourselves and act how we want to even if nothing is going to come out of it
