I am thinking how Anurag Basu even dared to make this, Taking Ranbir Kapoor as a mute guy in lead role & directing it so beautifully ♥️

Bafi was a copy of many Hollywood and Indian movies ex: Sing in the rain, The note book, Swedish newspaper ad, fried green tomatoes, Koshish, Mathilukal, Lovers Concetrato, Cops, City lights etc. Hence the movie was thrown out of the Oscar nomination.
