Water is vital, but timing is everything. - Drink upon waking to rehydrate your body. - Sip before meals to aid digestion, not during or right after, to avoid diluting digestive juices. - Avoid excessive water before bed to prevent nighttime disruptions. Hydration is a rhythm, not just a tally.
