vernon on how kpop’s sound has changed since their debut 🐻‍❄️ i feel like kpop sounds more and more like american pop instead of kpop. i think a lot of people talk about that too. it makes me wanna go back to the 2000s/early 2010s when i was in elementary school - wonder girls, bigbang, 2ne1. i think it’s because kpop producers always try to bring american sounds to kpop and make it their own thing. and right now, they got to the point where they’re to good; like, you can’t differentiate between kpop and pop - i mean you can, but the gap has become more thin. i think that makes a lot of people wanna go back to old kpop 👤 i think it also has a lot to do with kpop becoming so popular abroad, and sent a whole new wave of american producers 🐻‍❄️ yeah, american producers are just straight up doing kpop, so obviously that’s the result you get

🐶 i actually asked the company staff about this today.. i asked them, “are artists not allowed to use the word streaming? is it something we’re not supposed to say?” and they told me, “it’s not that you can’t say it, it’s just that artists don’t usually use that kind of wording.” so i was like, “it’s not that i’m trying to tell them what to do, i just want to thank them for streaming.. then how am i supposed to say it?” and they told me that i can say it if i want, so that’s why i’m saying it now. 🐶 🙏 thank you, everyone. thank you so much for doing it. thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙇🏻

Niko Medved on the unrest happening in Minnesota right now and another ICE involved shooting: 1st of all, I hadn’t heard that. For me, I’m not in politics or any of that. It’s just terrible, the violence, the division, it’s just really disappointing. I’m really disappointed in all of it. You wish you could influence it, but you really can’t from our position. That’s really awful to hear, I don’t know enough about it to comment on it, all of it just really really breaks my heart.
