NEW: Rachel Maddow pushes insane narrative claiming only 1 in 4 Republicans want Elon Musk to have “a lot” of influence in government. “He’s polling at like tooth decay levels.” “It has plummeted by 21 points… That has just dropped like a stone in a very quick period of time.” What Maddow left out is the poll showed that while support for Musk having a lot of influence declined, 43% of Republicans still want him to have some influence—an increase from 29% post-election. She also ignored that only 17% of Republicans want Musk to have no influence at all. In other words, most still back him in some capacity. Maddow’s reporting is so dishonest that it’s laughable.
