Former DHS Sec Noem made this exact same statement after we ended Venezuelan TPS, because literally everyone can apply. Haiti and Venezuela are under travel ban, and refugee entry is reserved for White South Africans, so they can apply all they want and still not be approved.

My questions: • What are the options for these TPS Haitians that now temporary actually does mean temporary? • What are the options for them and what is the goal of this administration? Secretary Mullin: "They don't have an option now. The court's ruled they have to go back. They don't have to go back to the country they went to. They can choose another country and we'll assist you in that. You can self-deport or we're gonna pick you up." Send them ALL packing. We don't care WHERE they go, but they cannot stay in America.

DHS must officially revoke their TPS NOW. No slow walking this! Per Mullin: "These individuals have a couple of choices: they can try to apply for a for a permanent residence here, they can apply for a temporary visa if they choose to, or they can choose to go back." Haitians with pending criminal charges, prior felony charges, or are on welfare are generally NOT eligible for permanent residence, but each case will be looked at individually, Mullin says. "If they want to go back, we'll help them with that. I'm talking directly to the individuals that are with the temporary protected status: either try to fill out the paperwork and be here underneath a permanent status, or we'll help you get back to your country."

One thing I like about Marco Rubio is that he’s not afraid to call out communists and Islamic terrorists for what they are. Here’s a video of Marco from 2020 speaking to a group of Hispanic voters. “I am against dictators, terrorists and communists. If you are a terrorist, communist and socialist, as Maduro is, and on top of that a drug trafficker, I am against them." "If Joe Biden comes out and abandons the Venezuelan democratic resistance and enters into negotiations with Maduro, then we are going to have to have TPS for millions of Venezuelans and there will be no one left in that country. So, the reality is that the priority has to be that Venezuela is free so that Venezuelans can be in their country, which is what they want." When Venezuela is stabilized, we need to send all of the Venezuelan illegals back to where they came from, although I’d love for them to leave now! Marco gets it. I can’t wait for him to work with President Trump to remigrate all of the illegals in Spanish. Adios!
