This is how Bangladeshi Police arrested the Maulana and kicked out all the namazi who were performing Namaz on road . No I&lamic nation allows Namaz on road , in Saudi they arrest and impose fine to those who do such drama of namaz on road . In India , if they aren’t allowed to perform namaz on road , buses , trains , stations , parks etc , they and their loyalists in media and opposition will start calling “dictatorship”.

We are ensuring that there are no potholes on the roads, especially in cities along the Kanwar route... We are making sure all manholes and drains are properly covered to avoid any unforeseen accidents at night. Arrangements for separate restrooms for men and women have been made along the Kanwar route... Arrangements for meals of Kanwar Yatris are also being made... We are making sure the facilities are better than last year's... Street lights are being installed throughout the Kanwar route... Over the weekend, I visited a friend in Dzivarasekwa (DZ) Extension in Harare & this is how the road looks like. Poignantly, the roads that used to be tarred & paved are now dust roads. Lakes have emerged in the midst of the roads. As motorists, when we are driving in the Ghettos of Harare, we are no longer driving on the left side of the road, but we are now driving on what's left of the road, that is if there is still anything left of the road at all. This Muslim woman is arguing that she will offer Namaz on road. Muslims of Indian subcontinent have different level of entitlement. They think road belongs to them. Offering namaz on public roads, highways, or streets is strictly banned in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and many other muslim countries. If Indian Govt asks muslims to not offer Namaz on road, it becomes Islamophobia.

Public roads are not personal prayer halls. Faith cannot override law, safety, or the rights of thousands stuck on the road.

Entire NH 12 was blocked.
