Judge harassment, bribery to lawyers judges in india had become a mockery. One of my friend had a case in patna court. He was called 10 times to come from chennai. They got bribery each time and finally it was closed

50 rupees to call case early ?? Why you want your case to be called early. When you pay you are part of the problem. States like karnataka have computerised case calling list. The cases goes on as per standard yearwise and stage wise. No chance of manipulation.

there is no justice anywhere, untill you make it. Law is for influential people. baaki ko to khud hi apne badle lene padte hai.

How stupid is it that we want to document how corruption is done vs eradicating corruption? Are we now trying to teach children how corruption is done as one of their skill set?

Kids should know. We were fooled by movies, where judiciary shown as ideal institution to get justice. But it is the institution where innocent get harassed and criminals are at ease

The three things that make democracy great is: 1. The ability for voters to vote for people to rule them, which should lead to a government that looks after ALL their citizens. 2. An Oppostion that takes on the govenment when they do something stupid. 3. A judicial system that ensures justice is given to all - rich, poor, famous and common people without fear or favour. Ironically and unfortunately none of the above happen in the Indian democracy. This is the unfortunate karma of Bharat. And it has never every happened since independence.
