I was 14yrs when I innocently shared a cup of Emu with seniors at aluminum village. After small breeze, the thing kicked. Sun became brighter. I recall zealously climbing the shed of the workshops searching for my treasures. The wine in me, to will and to do of its own pleasure.

Not only do we study the scriptures to find answers to our questions, but we also study the scriptures to find the questions we need to ask. I am presently trying to better understand what “firmness of mind” means in Jacob 3:1–2 in @TheBookofMormon.

This every Christian must understand. We need to have the eyes of your hearts opened by the Spirit if we would be changed when we study the scriptures.

When you read the holy scriptures, it’s like God is speaking to you. Study with missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to learn how to find direction, perspective, and peace in God’s word.

If you feel discouraged in your efforts to hold family prayer or study the scriptures together, remember this: Power comes through consistency—not perfection.

“When did this corruption of the scriptures happen, before or after Muhammad?” “Before Muhammad!” “So why would allah direct Muhammad to visit corrupted scriptures if He was in doubt?” 😭

My earnest prayer is that we will seize on the opportunity to study the Old Testament this year—not just read, but ponder, pray, and relish the truth we find in the scriptures.
