When Call of Duty was Peak

There's a reason why OG MW2's soundtrack is legendary. One man. @HansZimmer

>Hans Zimmer did the OST for MW2

I’d say they’re both good, I do like MWII theme more though, since it’s similar to MW2019, which is the best recent one

Hans zimmer?

Nah, the new MWII theme is banging. Sarah Schachner was great in the Modern Warfare reboot games.

"Da, I know a place"

Really awesome.

Lorne Balfe and Hans Zimmer cooked a legend but Sarah Schachner's work is excellent in its own right honestly

The remake was better lmao

Саундтреки стали говном, игра стало говном. Это уже не может называться Call of Duty

thanks Hans Zimmer for this soundtrack

"What the hell kind of name is Soap?" Rest is history...

COD is never going to reach that 2007-2012 peak again smh 😔

Peak CoD times

Both are good, cool with the nostalgia goggles

@nathanielsquire

OG MW2 OST is absolutely peak no argument there but... I kinda liked reboot MW19 MW2 reboot ost. Well before Sarah left

Mw2 is obviously better but mwII still sounded unique. Definitely had a clear identity and stood out for that. Honestly really enjoyed mwII overall

Bruh I spent idk how many hours on that shit, my sophomore year was insane in regards to gaming. So many bangers came out.

CoD has been dead...join the field

Come on, Sarah Schachner's theme and also work for MWII was incredible.. imagine that she didn't even have the full rights to every music she made

they are both good themes

both themes are good

MW2 (2009) has a phenomenal soundtrack but like c'mon, y'all really don't think MW2 (2022) has a sick theme? I thought Sarah Schachner did a great job.

I still listen to the OST from all three OG MW games and week get goosebumps. Hans don't mess around

Modern Warfare 2022 was ass absolute dogshit.

Coming from an OG cod4 Xbox live 2008 OG Honestly, they were both peak. Mw2019 was golden mwii was amazing in retrospect and mwiii was beautiful playing on all those og maps. And the new 2024/2025 cods are a tribute to bo2/3. If u aren’t satisfied then ur just miserable

Saying this like MW2 22 doesn’t have a good soundtrack? Legit one of the best soundtracks in the series.

@chawkz7

Liked both
