🥰 My roommates and I found what we thought was an abandoned kitten and took it in. Within about twenty minutes Mama came to the house. Then dad came. Both parents started meowing, humming, and cooing. We fed them all and watched the happy family depart.

Well, the reality is, however nice and caring cat moms are for their children, one cat mom produces about one hundred kittens for her life if not controlled, which means in the natural environment 99 of her children are destined to die soon, most never grow up.
