the problem is that Islamists are never happy to hear the truth and they are the most violent people. Christopher Hitchens would need more security and has to be cautious, as all of them are Radicals and killing people who insult Islam is Jihad for them to get 72 virgins

What a brilliant and enlightened individual. He was spot on about religion and mainly Islam. The world is a quieter place without this man in it. RIP Christopher.

Islam is not a race, it’s a religion, and as such should be subject to criticism and scrutiny. Cardiff council knew that full well when they adopted the APPG definition of Islamophobia, which stifles free speech by identifying criticism of Islam as racism. Appallingly, not a single councillor had the guts or wisdom to vote against adopting it. Free speech will always have a champion in Reform UK. #reform #islam #islamophobia #freespeech

Philomena Cunk was correct about Islam’s sensitivity to its portrayal. Allah seems unable to take constructive criticism well. Also seems to care for momos pp more than his followers lives. It is truly the only religion you can have every valid reason to fear critique because the followers won't hesitate to behead you. If Muslims dare to critique it, they are called traitors to the Muslim brotherhood, and if non Muslims do it, they are labelled Islamophobic. This reminds me of many comedians (both Muslim and Western) who when asked or heckled by the audience for "more jokes on Islam" respond by saying "What? Are you crazy? Unlike you I want to live (slightly) longer than usual."

Deenified posted a video on social media accusing the Fawlty Towers star of being a “hate preacher” and of using his platform to “attack Islam”. It also called for his comedy show in Birmingham — part of a national tour — to be cancelled. The Islamic website 5Pillars joined in, suggesting that demands for Cleese’s shows to be cancelled could be replicated in other parts of the country with “substantial Muslim communities”. Fortunately, John’s show in Birmingham went ahead without disruption. The Free Speech Union stands squarely with John Cleese and his right to free speech. Parliament voted to abolish blasphemy laws 18 years ago, but the Government’s official definition of “anti-Muslim hostility” is reintroducing one for Islam alone through the back door.
