NBC’s Tom Winters with an accurate reaction from the 4pm hour to the deadly ICE-involved shooting: “I think from a law enforcement perspective, what you've heard law enforcement say is that they don't — they don't like the way that this shooting looks. And in speaking with people from law enforcement, from that part of the country, they use a phrase that is sometimes heard in law enforcement circles lawful but awful. They don't like the look of it, but from a legal perspective, it might be okay. To get specific to your question — okay, legally, I should say — to get specific to your question, this case is going to be investigated by the FBI first and foremost, because it involves a shooting — shooting by a federal law enforcement officer.”

🚨 JUST IN: Gov. Gavin Newsom is on the verge of signing legislation that would BAN all law enforcement and government agencies in California from hiring a former ICE or Border agent engaged in immigration enforcement under President Trump WHAT ON EARTH?! They say it's to prevent CA from being "polluted" by those who help deport illegals... 🤯 California is freaking cooked. It's called the GET THE FEDS OUT Act. To be clear, this applies to state, county AND local public agencies A total BLACKBALLING of patriots defending America. I hope these patriots just leave CA and get appreciated by a red state, then!

Hidden footage shows an IRS Agent with a Prosecutor not able to confirm there is a law to pay income tax. This case of tax fraud was dismissed because there is in fact no law requiring taxes. The income tax lie is the greatest lie ever told in American history.

🚨Governor DeSantis makes it clear that Florida is hunting down ALL illegals, not just ones who have committed another crime. “You do not have to be convicted of a crime to be subject to immigration enforcement. To say that is the case would be ABSURD!”

Friends, I encourage you to watch this whole episode (in comments) because there is so much confusion over how investigations work. Law enforcement doesn't release all the evidence at once because it could hinder the investigation and the subsequent trial. This is a cold case homicide detective explaining how it works.

The EPL will never be the same if this happens. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. It's going to be here much quicker than we think. Football is a global sport with the biggest fanbase in the world. These owners didn't buy football clubs because they love the game. They bought them with a clear intention to unlock massive financial opportunities for themselves. And when the day comes, they'll push whatever change benefits them, whether the fans like it or not. Johnny is spot on, all it would take is 14 aligned owners. Johnny Minerals

PS Raymond Omollo: I don’t think I would want to respond to Osotsi; he is a leader, a senator, a legislator. We are a constitutional country with processes, and if anyone, not just in the name of the PS, is involved in any criminal activity, there is a process that needs to be undertaken. If there is any evidence that you were involved, I would go to a police station, report, and follow the matter. Up to this point in time, I am not sure if anything like that has happened. As it is, I would consider it street talk. The question is, what would be the interest of PS Omollo in attacking Senator Osotsi? What is it that Osotsi is doing that affects my work? #CitizenExplainer

🚨 OMG. It's now been revealed that Soros-backed Philly DA Larry Krasner — facing a federal CRIMINAL REFERRAL by a judge — possibly committed illegal activity in trying to let off a M*RDER CONVICT by overturning his case 🤯🤯 And he got nearly $2M from Soros in order to get elected...SOROS IS A THREAT TO AMERICA!! The case in question: 2009 2nd-degree m*rder. The judge says staffers were directed to MISLEAD the court and even THREATENED if they did not comply with Krasner's insane orders This is the Democrat playbook: get into power using dark Democrat money, and weaponize your position against the citizens Use COERCION if that's what it takes to let a brutal criminal out of the justice system. Honestly, Krasner could've caused someone else to be injured or K*LLED because this man is a threat to the public! REMOVE HIM AND PROSECUTE.

Bondi: Whether it's a public official, whether it's a law enforcement officer, no one is above the law in this state or in this country. People will be held accountable. This state is a mess right now. We have seen the chaos, and it's constant. Our men and women in law enforcement deserve to be safe and that's what we're going to do in Minnesota.

Boats should be treated like cars for the purpose of law enforcement. Law enforcement / Coast Guard shouldn't just be allowed to board because they want to. It's un-American... Yes, I realize the boat is on a trailer; just discussing the principle of it. #boat #fishing #boating

DHS law enforcement is in Minneapolis and cities nationwide because sanctuary politicians REFUSE to hand over the criminal illegal aliens in their custody. As a result, DHS officers are forced to locate released criminal illegal aliens on the streets without the support of local law enforcement. Local law enforcement cannot respond to calls for backup when our officers are attacked, assaulted, or obstructed. This is dangerous for our officers and the community. Tricia McLaughlin

CNN's Brad Todd Todd: "You peacefully protest in the town square. You peacefully protest with a letter to the editor. You peacefully violence right now -- you peacefully protest by starting a letter to the editor or a podcast" "No, no you cannot interfere with [law enforcement]" "Civil disobedience is honored in this country and always should be." "First off, you can't interfere with federal law enforcement activity and it's a violation of Minnesota state law if your interference with that activity causes someone who's guilty of something or being pursued to be a get away, let's go back -- hold on. Civil disobedience is an honored tradition in this country. We want to keep it. That means that you have to be willing to take the legal punishment that comes with that action, to demonstrate that the laws are immoral. That's what civil disobedience is." "They have a right to protest. It's not advisable to go interfere with lawful law enforcement activity" "Look, I don't think we have training for people who are in the immigration police to conduct, do crowd control. That's why the local police need to be there to be a buffer between protesters who are not trying to disrupt."
