When DAD gets mad! 😂🤣😭

Good men spend all day fixing other people's problems to come home and be the only one capable of fixing certain problems at home. We're the only ones capable of moving the refrigerator or demoing out the microwave and the only ones willing to replace the bulb in the annoying fan light. Generally, we're fine with this. But every once in a while we lose our patience. Maybe we're hungry, hot, sore, or tired and can no longer remain patient with the damn hangers or the weaponized incompetence of our wives and children.

I wish people would mock fathers more. Like in every sitcom and every television commercial. It’s worked out really well for society, thus far.

This was my husband yesterday when he was trying to install a new faucet in the kitchen. I waited until the moment of peak stress and frustration while drain water was drizzling down his neck to helpfully remind him, "But don't you know you're privileged to know the dream of home ownership?!" 😃 He informed me (with much yelling and cursing) that he did not, in fact, feel privileged! 🤣🤣🤣

Yep pretty much, and my personal favorite “Fucking bullshit whoever designed this piece of shit ougtta be shot”.

My frustration blooms when I just need to do one simple task. But then the entanglement spirals when it’s necessary to do 4-7 other prerequisite tasks……just so the original task can be accomplished.
