A caller on the new 911 tape said the black SUV left the lot and then stopped once it was out of sight of the crowd. A man with a neck wound does not get a voluntary pause. Every second of that stop is time he is not in a trauma bay. What they were doing is not in the after-action report, the probable-cause record, or any public statement from the security team. There is no released camera of the stop. There is no radio call explaining it. The public has the departure, the hospital arrival, and a hole in the middle. A stop that long, out of sight, with no medical reason on the record, leaves many unanswered questions and no official answer. Were they getting rid of something before they got to the hospital? This law suit targeting UVU is nothing more than a smoke screen to cover Brian Harpoles butt and keep Dan Flood out of the spotlight. The 3rd party SECURITY review is about to drop and it doesn't look good for Brian or Dan. Brian and Dan only arrived at UVU that morning and left themselves no time for a proper risk assessment. Their prior knowledge of the Menorah Ampitheatre setup was from text descriptions from the student group and google earth images. They never did a walkthrough until that day. Nearly all the security team including Brian and Dan were there all day watching the crowd build to an unprecedented, unexpected level for a campus stop. This is the moment they failed to take the due diligence required to keep Charlie safe. Even before Charlie arrived the crowd was overwhelmingly large yet no further action was taken to secure the area. No coordination with law enforcement, no rooftop overwatch and they knew there was only 6 uniformed officers on scene, no ambulance and no chance to ensure the safety of Charlie. He should never have been allowed out of the SUV. That's all on Brian and Dan, they had ample opportunity to call it off or make necessary changes to security. They should have told Charlie this venue is not secured and we can't protect you here.. we should leave immediately. They failed just as much as UVU police if not more. They only had one job the police had several, in the end they all failed miserably. Brian lied about being able to fly drones and he failed to co-ordinate with local law enforcement on a meaningful level. He only needed to apply for a permit to fly his drones or make a phone call to have Orem police fly there's. There was no discussion about flying drones before the event no restrictions preventing him, he just never applied for a permit and that's on him.

Let's talk about Dan Flood. Hey Turning Point USA, Did you know Dan Flood was more concerned with what was happening on his phone rather than protecting Charlie? Baron Coleman and daisy 🌼 did a great job synchronising the timing of the Sasquatch on the roof with Dan Flood and his phone use. Seriously though, why would you be on your phone when the principle is fully exposed and extremely vulnerable. Why was Dan Flood not doing his job when it mattered most? I added a video to the end that shows some very strange behaviour from Dan before Charlie arrived and the amount of time he spent on his phone. There's no question TPUSA and Charlie's security detail failed him but the real question is was it deliberate? I've been trying to bring Dan Flood into the light since at least January, the guy has some explaining to do.
