It is a secret police force that is terrorizing communities. In North Texas, there was a mom and dad, the Vargases. They own a dry cleaners. They're beloved by their neighbors. They were on their way back from dropping their daughter off at Texas Tech University. ICE stopped them and detained them. They are still in a detention center. I do not want my law enforcement focused on the Vargases. I want them focused on murderers and rapists and gang members. When we devote law enforcement resources to going after the Vargases, it makes us all less safe.
