UAT is just production with extra steps and a different name. Every bug that hid perfectly in dev suddenly gains confidence and shows up right on time. The testing team deserves a medal for dealing with what we ship and calling it "almost ready".

Performance testing hits very hard, it immediately shows bottlenecks at infra/code level.
