When did everything being built just start going downhill dramatically? This is my kids' playground at our public park... it was built just TWO YEARS AGO. This is what it looks like today. Why did people stop caring about building things that last?

No Noticing Allowed This clip from 2019 is making the rounds today, I wonder why. People out here making every excuse for why doing the complete opposite of what was said years ago is somehow justified now. Things change? It's different? Is it? This keeps happening on issue after issue and I just wonder at what point people will acknowledge that the difference between what was said and what is being done is happening more frequently.
