When did the Dublin Bus uniform change to African outfits?

I think that, if I wanted to see African bus drivers, dressed in African outfits, I’d go to some African country to see them. What’s so wrong with our Irish attire. Where is the pride in Ireland - of those charged with deciding on these uniforms.
