Culture is genetic because behavior is genetic. This beaver never saw a dam in its life. No beavers or anything else ever taught it to build a dam. It wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Many beavers together build a big dam. That is beaver culture. Humans are not different. Nothing is different. This is what life is. This is how life works. Your body is your mind. A caterpillar wants to build a chrysalis. A bee wants to build a hive. A lion wants to build a pride. You are not special. You are not above your nature. you are INSIDE of it. The thoughts that we think are genetic thoughts. The crimes we commit are genetic crimes. The art we create is genetic art. Just like this beaver, you can give the animal different sticks and it will build a different dam, but it will always build a dam. And you can give humans different "education," but the human will always use it to do what its genes tell it to do. This is the first big answer that you need. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. This is how to understand people 90% of the way. You just... notice what they do, and get out of the way, and watch them do it. And if they need sticks, you give them sticks. And if you don't like what they do, you have to get away from them. You cannot train dam-building into them or out of them any more than you can with a beaver. A beaver wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Our people are feeling confusion and frustration. This is because of a lack of identity when it comes to our culture. We have such a rich history due to our Christian values, morals and principles. We are called a multi-cultural country and this is being indoctrinated in our schools. If you are multi-cultural then that means you are culture less, which leads to a lack of identity. It’s crucial we preserve our Christian values and morals!

Mayor Bass: Just finished working with our city attorney to file a lawsuit—because we have to stop this mess. The idea of having troops go through the park and disrupt a children’s summer camp, or drive through the streets and just pick people off—people don’t know if a kidnapping is happening or what. So our city attorney is leading the way. We are filing a lawsuit and calling for an injunction to stop this. We need to remember who we are as a country. I’m very clear about who we are as a city, and I’m clear about my job—which is to make sure this city is safe for all Angelenos, regardless of when you came here, what country you came from, or why. We’ve got to stop it. We’re going to stand strong, because this city is united. We are not divided, and we’re not going to let anybody divide us.

LAPD: Before we do anything here, we have to get a search warrant because there are issues regarding standing at this residence. So as long as those legal requirements are met, we can continue the investigation. Now, when I tell you that we have not identified a suspect, it doesn't mean that we're not working the case. We will not identify a suspect until that person is identified as a suspect. And we're legally seeking them. If there is a crime to be reported, and if that person is a suspect in that crime, did that.
